Carnival involves several characters who are puppets. The main, red-headed one is named Carrot Top. One day Kelsey was talking about the show and said something about, "the song that Carrot Head sings."
Then, a few days later, Bill was said something about, "that Carrot Head puppet."
Like father, like daughter, I suppose!
