More walking around Philadelphia

We loved these giant game pieces at a downtown park!

<-A statue of Ben Franklin at a printing press - Philadelphia loves Ben Franklin.
The statue and fountain at Love Park.  Keegan and Kelsey are sitting on the far side of the fountain. And another picture of the giant game pieces :).
This waterfall was at one of the subway stations.
-->Declaration House where Thomas Jefferson rented a room and drafted the Declaration of Independence.
<--A pretty church downtown

Chinese Friendship Gate

Reading Terminal Market which becaome one of my favorite places in the world :D.
The of elephants and roses display had some really neat artifacts.
<----This is Sylvester McDoggie McBean, a neon green inflatable dog.  He lived near our apartment and we passed him nearly every day.  We loved him :).

The famous Rocky statue.  One night "graffiti knitters" knitted a pink sweater on him! --->

Philadelphia Museum of Art, with the famous Rocky steps

City Hall
Our apartment was about three blocks from it.

The orange line was "our" subway.

Cooling off in a park fountain.  Did I mention that Philadelphia had record breaking heat while we were there?
<--- We came across lots of good books in our wanderings.

Elfreth's Alley - the oldest continuously inhabited residential street in the country
